There is a very friendly guy who works here, who's always ready to help whenever there's a problem. Unfortunately, there's a woman who works here who will always look for ways to screw you over if she intercepts you first, because all she cares about is money and cutting corners to cut costs and she knows MHUD has a monopoly so you can't do anything about it.
$30 worth of items I had ordered on ebay were destroyed when their construction crew knocked my mailbox into a ditch the day of a heavy rain. She wouldn't even consider doing the right thing and reimbursing me for the damages, and wouldn't even give me the contact information of the construction crew she placed the blame on so that I could contact them about it.
This place is a joke their water price is outrageous but what do you do buy your water somewhere else of course not, water companies have a monopoly. These meat heads locked my meter this week after I paid my $90 monthly bill they give no warning of disconnection just lock it and let you figure it out. They did come unlock my meter after they finally figured out they made a mistake but it should have never happened. I wish I could buy my water elsewhere.
They'll also cut your water off with very little warning if you're late on payment, so if it just slips your mind or you don't have a way to go, good luck. You don't even get a month.
no customer service at all i didn't receive my bill last mouth and missed the payment, when i called in to make a payment as soon as i got the next month's bill they charged me a $75.00 meter lock fee although they never locked my meter , and they also said sent someone out to tell me about it but i never saw any one. the only reason i gave one star is because you cant give a no star rating
They're so unreasonable. My grandmother is struggling with senility, and they turned her water off, they didn't warn her or anything. She knew as soon as she saw them pull up that she had forgotten to pay the water bill, she rushed out in a robe to write them a check, and they ignored her and shut it off anyway. I had to help her cover the fee to have it switched back on, she's on a fixed income.
